Sessions incorporate mindset coaching, nutrition and exercise. Guaranteed to get you results long term.
Small Group Training
45 minute session for 2 to 4 people
An affordable way to get all the benefits of 1 on 1 training. Train with friends or join one of our established small groups. Have fun and keep each other accountable.
Sessions are fun and full of variety. Train with a group of friendly supportive ladies who encourage each other throughout the session. With a range of classes that are suitable for all fitness levels, session numbers are capped for getting individualized training and assistance with technique to keep you safe. Link to timetable
