Our workouts are simple and easy to follow and can be done with or without dumbbells.

You can be a complete beginner and you get support from Libby if you need any extra help with the program.

These workouts take only 10 minutes and are designed to help you to get your energy back. They will help you build strength to be able to do the things you enjoy. Plus you are doing something for YOU!

Bonus mini yoga workouts are included too.

Do you struggle to get down on the floor to play with your grandkids or find that gardening is really hard as you can’t get up and down off the ground?

Maybe just getting something out from a low cupboard or drawer has all of a sudden become nearly impossible because your body is stiff and just doesn’t move like it used to.

This program is held at the studio and runs for 13 weeks, with 2 sessions each week. Each week we focus on building the strength in your legs, back, tummy and arms, plus we do mobility exercises to get your joints working again.

By the end of the 12 weeks you will have the confidence to be able to get up and down off the floor.
