1 on 1 Personal Training
30 or 45 minute sessions
Designed for ladies 50 and beyond who want 1 on 1 support and guidance. Sessions will be designed around improving strength, balance, mobility and general fitness. Sessions incorporate mindset coaching, nutrition and exercise. Guaranteed to help you get back to being able to do everyday things more easily.
Semi-Private Personal Training
45 minute session for up to 4 people
Sessions are fun and full of variety. Train with a small group of friendly supportive ladies who encourage each other throughout the session. You will receive your own program that is designed to help you improve your general fitness, strength, balance and mobility. Please note prior to joining our semi-private sessions you will be required to do between 2 and 6 weeks of 1 on 1 Personal Training.
Both 1 on 1 Personal Training and Semi-Private Training are available virtually.
Our virtual sessions are designed for those ladies that want to train at home. Sessions are still tailored to you and your body but delivered online so that you receive a high quality session without leaving home.
Our virtual programs are ideal for those who would like to work with a trainer that specialises in assisting women 50+ but do not live within the Mount Eliza area or for those that cannot attend the studio.
All our programs include a homework program, goal setting, regular assessments, and supportive Facebook group plus support 24/7 from Libby.
1 hour session for 6 people
Join Libby for a vinyasa style yoga class. Classes are suitable for beginners and classes are kept small so that you receive individual assistance. This class will help you to calm your busy mind, strengthen muscles and improve your flexibility and mobility.
Melinda our Accredited Practising Dietitian can work with you to improve your everyday nutrition to help you navigate your way through menopause or to ease those aches and pains associated with ageing.
Melinda can also assist you with managing conditions such as coeliac disease, IBS, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, Type 2 diabetes and cardio vascular disease.
